Terms & Conditions
Booking fee, payment & confirmation
A secure payment link is sent at the time of booking. A €200 booking fee is required for every consultation or treatment appointment and forms part of the total price. The appointment is confirmed only when this payment has been received; any remaining balance is payable at the clinic. One-Year Programmes must be paid in full, in one payment, at the time of booking.
Consultation and follow-up credit
40% of the €250 first Medical Consultation fee (€100) is redeemable against a subsequent treatment or treatment programme. For existing Berkeley Medical Aesthetics patients, the full €200 Medical Follow-Up fee is deducted from treatment when the follow-up takes place within four months of the previous appointment or treatment. After four months, the €200 fee is charged and is not redeemable.
Medical Follow-Up eligibility
Medical Follow-Up Appointments may only be booked by patients who have previously attended Berkeley Clinic. New patients must book a Medical Consultation.
Rescheduling policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. For requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, €100 of the €200 booking fee is forfeited. The remaining €100 may be transferred to the new appointment, and a further €100 payment is required to restore the booking fee and confirm the new date.
Failure to attend (DNA)
If a patient does not attend a confirmed appointment, the €200 booking fee is forfeited. A new €200 booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.
Clinical suitability
All treatments are subject to medical assessment. The doctor may decline, postpone or modify treatment where clinically appropriate. If treatment is unsuitable, the consultation remains chargeable and any unused treatment balance is refunded.
Follow-up & results
A clinically required follow-up related to your treatment is included. A Medical Follow-Up Appointment is €200 and fully redeemable against treatment only when undertaken within four months of the previous appointment or treatment. After four months, the €200 fee applies and is not redeemable. Results vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
1-Year Programme payment & validity
The full One-Year Programme price must be paid upfront, in one payment, at the time of booking. All associated sessions and benefits are valid only during the stated one-year period and cannot be accumulated, transferred or carried forward into a second year.
Products & prescriptions
€600 in personalised medical-grade products is included in the 1-Year Programme. Prescription medicines are not included in appointments or treatments.
